When their moment was all over and Lisa gone to work, it was time for them to eat breakfast. He fresh smell of the recently fried pancakes danced into Tom’s nose while they prayed.
“Amen,” Emily replied when Tom was done praying then, they both opened their eyes to dig into the dish set before them. The sunrays kissed the room, casting a warm glow on the father-daughter pair.
