Chapter 55
Zerran’s free hand went on his chest while he inhaled the night sea air. It’s cold and stimulating. “Tell me, what’s troubling you?”
The two of them walked weakly, following the path of the house. Stars twinkle in the cloudless sky, and the half-moon exhibits in the dark. The rustling of the leaves of the wind with the rushing of the waves eradicated the stillness.
“Nothing, Zerran. Tell me why you are insisting on something that doesn’t exist?” she let out a stern. Her grip on his hand tightened, and she moved closer. “Nothing is bothering me. I was just daydreaming a while ago,” she added, beaming.
“It seems like a dream that Zerran Kent Treveno loves me, huh?” Aria’s teasing tone. One eyebrow arched upward.
“I do feel the same as if I am in a dream, but the best dream I have ever had,” he said and glanced at her.
“I don’t want to wake up and stay in this dream,” Aria grinned, and she sighed.
