Chapter 7
Aria sighed as she gazed up at the ceiling. The news about her recent public outburst with the prime minister still dominated the headlines, and it seemed like the embarrassment would never die down.
With a sigh, she sat up on her bed and reached for her phone. It was ringing with an unknown number, and she frowned. It was probably her father, and she didn't feel like talking to him after their last argument. She declined the call and turned off her phone, not wanting to be disturbed.
Tomorrow was a new day, and she had to be ready for it. She would leave early in the morning and start a new adventure, away from the prying eyes of the media. A smile crossed her face as she thought about the possibilities that lay ahead.
As she drove down the winding roads,, Aria was lost in the rhythm of the music, swaying her head from side to side as she sang along to the song playing on the car's stereo. The road stretched out before her like a ribbon and she felt free
