Chapter 26. Where Is My Son?

Evelyn’s POV

I slowed down after a few minutes of running. My mind was whirling with thoughts of Nolan and the feeling I felt in his arms. My head was a mess with emotion. Harper tried her best to calm me down, but it was hard. I felt myself drawing closer to Nolan, and staying away from him was getting difficult. He made me feel like nothing I had ever felt, not even with Griffin. Despite everything, Nolan still made me feel safe and happy, but how could I tell him about our son? Would he reject me again for keeping such a big secret from him? Would he ever forgive me for that? I wasn’t sure, but Harper was convinced we should tell our mate the truth.

“He loves us, Evelyn. He will never hurt us or reject us. Nolan and Tristan are our mates,” Harper said once again, but I scowled and kicked a random stone out my way as I walked towards the shop. Pushing my wolf to the back of my mind, I stopped for a second and caught my breath.

The feel of Nolan’s kiss all
