Chapter 51. Alpha of Silverline Is Dead

Nolan’s POV

“He’s dead, Alpha Nolan.” One of the warriors sadly appeared at my side a few moments later.

I shifted back to my human form, Tristan growling wanting to go after the filthy rogues but I pushed him aside, blocking him for a moment so that I could at least try to process what had happened. Luckily for me we as wolves would hide clothes and shoes in trees around the territory in case things like this happened. I pulled on a pair of joggers and a t shirt to cover my naked body.

The air was heavy with disbelief and grief as the realisation dawned that Alpha of Silverline was no more. How could this have happened? Had this had something to do with Griffin? The mere thought of it made my blood boil. A filthy rogue had taken him out in seconds when he had been trying to protect me. I swallowed hard and pushed the thoughts aside for a moment.
