Luka's POV

Charles stepped on the brake all of a sudden as soon as he heard that name. My hold on the phone tightened and a deep frown creased my face. My wolf began growling for dominance and it took everything in me to stop him from taking charge. I knew something was wrong, I knew this was coming.

“Play it safe,' Charles advised through the mind link.

'Act ignorant,' he added.

'Just do it,' he growled when he noticed I was reluctant.

"Who are you?" I asked sharply and Charles gave me a thumbs up. I'm not that type of patient person. I knew who the fuck he was and I don't believe it's a coincidence that he's calling me on the same day that my mate went fucking missing. He's messing with me really bad.

Draenei laughed. "I'm surprised you don't know me. I've left enough clues for you in your pack for you to know who I am and for the past few months, you've been searching for me, boy. So, stop playing that ignorant game and act smarter,"
