Chapter 35. Don’t Pretend to Be Reluctant

Briella didn’t mind the judgmental looks she received from the employees of Star Agency when she showed up there again after her two-week disappearance. She had intentionally ignored Xander’s calls in the past few days because Braun had been clingy, insisting that she attend to him first.
