Clint
Clint sighed as he walked up the front steps to their home, flanked closely by Sam. It was the weekend, and they'd have a couple of late nights ahead of them managing their strip clubs and nightclubs. Jake had gone out of town with some friends to go camping, so Clint wondered who would keep Odette entertained for those long hours they were out of the house. Hopefully, she would sleep through the night.
Their housekeeper Maria had left dinner on the kitchen bench for them. She hadn't questioned when they'd begun asking for her to cook enough food for four, simply accepting their explanation that they felt they needed a little extra. They heated and then took the food down to Odette, who was painting in the home theater. They had taken to letting her loose during the days so that she could fill the time creating art, which, to Clint’s relief, amused her to no end.
