Chapter 51. The Reason Why

The private jet landed safely at LAX, and Keira and Ben were evacuated right after they left the plane.

“Are they your people?” asked Keira when they were inside the car with several bodyguards in suits. “Yes, of course. Who do you think they are?” replied Ben casually. He looked at the window, full of thought.

Keira sighed. She knew what was on his mind. He must be thinking about the news. Even the ‘service’ she gave him earlier didn’t help much. The car moved fast, leaving the airport behind them and heading to Granny’s mansion.

“Are you sure there are no media near your Granny’s house?” worried Keira.

“Yeah, no one knew that Granny’s mansion was one of my properties, even I never tell anyone who my Granny is. She doesn’t like the spotlight, and that’s why I adored her so much,” he smiled a little when he said that.
