I had tests all day, never quite getting any sleep between them, feeling tired and worn out. My face hurt, my head slightly less so. Dr. Sturgis came to see me just before they served supper.

"The test results look pretty good. We're going to keep you overnight again, just to be on the safe side. Barring any setbacks, you can go home tomorrow morning."

"When can I have sex again, Doctor?"

"Surely, your husband can wait a few days before needing sex again," Doctor Sturgis said.
