Chapter 23. The Reason
A knock on the door knocked me to my feet. I want to move, but I can’t. My two hands were tied with a rope, and so were my feet.
I am weakening, and I feel the weakness of my system. Someone covered my nose earlier. Who’s that?
“Grandpa! Grandma!” I forcefully kicked my feet and twisted my hand, but it bled too tightly.
I don’t know if I’m in a nightmare at the extreme speed of events. Aunt Elisa is dead. Where are their grandparents?
Why am I in this room? I slowly sat up using my weak force.
“Help!!”
“Help!!”
“What is that noise!” a bald man with a big belly suddenly opened the door.
“Who are you?”
He grinned at me and hovered over my body. I eventually realized that my attire was different. I a thin white blouse I was wearing. My soul was almost out of breath because of the garment.
“What are you going to do to me?” I struggled, but they stopped me. He bound both my hands and sniffed my neck.
