Chapter 30. It Ends

The man opened a door with a large chain. We gasped as papa’s two men grabbed their two companions by the head, and several times the noise of his bones in their necks, they lost their lives. They dropped two lifeless bodies on the floor.

He bowed to me with a tight hug and kissed me firmly. I felt the cold wall on my back.
