Chapter 65. Tempted

How the hell could a mere childhood friend be standing in front of him, being so tempting? ? How fair is that? 

Aurora clasped her hand, noticing how Reagan looks like he’s fighting his inner battles. “No seriously, what’s stopping Reagan Hill? Is it because I’m just you mere childhood friend, a daughter of your father’s friend, or someone you happened to know?”

He stared at her for a minute, craefully analyzing his words. 

“I respect your father, Aurora, and my father will kill me if something unwanted happens.” He said before finally mumbling, “And I respect you.” 

She scoffed at the word respect when he clearly violated that the moment he kissed her in the rain, “So you don’t want to touch me after you kissed me by the nipa hut….But isn’t this what you want? You even kidnapped me after saving me from a plane crash under the pretense of “vacation”, you put in a lot of effort and have a lot of opportunity but you’re just controlling yourself?”
