Chapter 12

ALPHA ZADE

She is like every last one of them. The thought is almost instantaneous.

I fling the shirt off my back and start walking to the bathroom. I need a cold shower to lessen all this heat and rage I'm feeling inside.

Jealousy burns through my veins, angering me more because I shouldn't care about her and what she does.

But alas, the mate bond is not something I can fight.

A part of me knows she is sneaky like them, every one of them, but somehow this betrayal from her hurts more.

I thought she would take longer before showing her true colors.

I'll give it to her, she is more courageous than the others. I knew she had audacity since she'd looked me in the eye and dared to defy me, then come into my pack and question me. I hate how it is getting under my skin.

I can't remember the last time I was this irritated by a woman, I try to keep most of my interactions with them short, that is if I must interact with them. None of them got
