“Isn’t there a way to permanently stop the sandstorms?” Marvelous asked.
“Captain Marvelous, a sandstorm is a natural occurrence. The only way to stop it permanently is to change the climate of the area entirely, which means getting rid of the sand. That would cost an unimaginable amount of funds and resources because the whole world is a desert,” Grimhold, who stood by a bookshelf in Marvelous’s office, replied.
“Hmmmm, but according to the last conference we had with the king, you mentioned that someone might be controlling the storms in order to wipe out fast-growing cities and keep the smaller cities in fear of growing,” Marvelous said.
“Yes, yes I did,” Grimhold replied.
“What if we all agree that someone might actually be controlling the storm? How does this person do it? And how do we locate the person?” Marvelous asked.
Grimhold turned to Marvelous, “I guess that’s something we’ll have to work on. My number one duty is safeguarding the citizens
