“Hey, Lily, Lily, wake up,” a woman said as she gently tapped Lily’s cheek.

“Arrrgh what?” She replied, slowly opening her eyes. Her vision was blurry, and the brightness from what she thought was the radiant sun made it hard for her to open her eyes fully. She turned to her left and to her right. Was she in the hospital?

“Lily,” Emmanuel’s voice sounded.

She opened her eyes slightly, then closed her eyes, wondering what Emmanuel was doing with her in the hospital.

This was a scene she remembered: after she passed out in the desert, she woke up in a hospital with a couple who claimed to be close friends with her parents. So, how the heck did Emmanuel get to this scene, or did something else happen?

Were they back in the Terra-Zeldra?

Did she have one seizure that caused her to be rushed to the hospital?

“LILY! Wake up!!” Emmanuel shouted, tapping her cheeks. Lily finally woke up. What felt like a hospital bed was just a camp bed that lay on
