Chapter 41. Lunches Be Crazy

Rowland’s POV

Bella did not hesitate to make a beeline straight for Dante’s lap as he settled on the long, spread out lunch table beside me. I don’t know how she knew about Dante and me but she seemed to figure it out.

She wound her arms around his neck and hugged him tight as she curled up against his shoulder and breathed in his scent to calm down while Dante rubbed her back.

“I swear to God, I will kill myself if you leave me again,” Bella cried and Dante coaxed her to his best.

None of the elders commented and let the duo sit together with Bella on Dante’s lap as he served food for the two of them in his plate before proceeding to feed the distraught Gamma.
