"You're part of our family now, Alexa. We'll make new memories together, okay?"

Alexa's face lit up with a smile. "Okay, Justin. I'd like that."

As they finished their ice cream and continued shopping, the three of them knew that this day would be a memory they would cherish forever.

As they walked through the forest, enjoying the peaceful afternoon, suddenly, Two wolves emerged from the underbrush. Their eyes gleamed with a fierce intensity, and their teeth were bared in a snarl.

" Marine pack," Justin growled, his eyes narrowing. "What do you want?"

The lead wolf, a massive gray male, took a step forward. "You have something that belongs to us," he snarled. "And we're going to take it back."
