I got back home from school and used the back door. I made sure no one was watching before hurriedly making my way up to my room.

"And where do you think you are going to?" my dad asked, halting me in my steps. The exact person I was trying to avoid caught me eventually. Just where does he always pop out from? I was very sure he wasn’t there when I entered.

"To my room," I replied bluntly.

"Don’t you fucking dare play dumb with me? Where have you been?" he asked angrily. From his tone, he was very angry.

"School. Where else would I be coming from?" I responded.
