Chapter 78. Go to the Volcano

“Sir, are we leaving tonight?” he asked.

“We’ll get there in the morning, too risky. We leave tomorrow afternoon, so we can drop the diamond right into the fiery crater at night,” said Richard.

“Yes, sir,” Raven replied.

“Prepare well, Raven. I trust you,” said Richard.

“Yes, sir,” Raven replied.

Raven then left Richard’s presence to rest and do her chores the next day. Richard let him go and went into his room.

That night, Richard couldn’t sleep at all, because he kept thinking about what would happen tomorrow. In theory, everything would work out fine, but he got a bad feeling. He didn’t know if he was too nervous or what. However, this is indeed the greatest thing that Richard would do during his career as an alpha.

There was a feeling of worry, fear, and nervousness, but he was increasingly convinced that he had a bad feeling. Richard shook his head, reassuring himself that nothing bad would happen. He tried to sleep and the universe gra
