Chapter 97. Dinner Together

“Bu-but—” Winona hesitated. This man looked dangerous, and Winona didn’t want to fall into new trouble.

“I just want to offer a favor. The rain is getting heavier, and you look unwell. I promise I won’t do anything to you. I just want to take you home. How?” asked Maximus again.
