Selena approached Arnav, and the two stood close together with their friend.

"Are you sick, Arnav? What type of cancer?" Selena asked.

"The doctor said I'm already cured."

Selena's face still showed a worried and sad expression. "If you're already cured, why do you have to come here again? Don't lie."

"I am indeed cured, but I have to come to the hospital three times a year for check-ups to see if the cancer cells in my body are growing again or not."

"Is that so?"

"Why do I have to explain this to you separately? Don't put on a sad face! People are staring at me because they see you crying. They must think I'm a bad guy!"

Selena wiped away her tears. "I'm just worried about my friend! My grandmother also has cancer, so I know the struggles of cancer patients."

"Is your grandmother still here?"

"Yes."

"Should I visit her?"

"My grandmother just fell asleep. Maybe not now," Selena replied.
