Chapter 134. Morning Cuddles
When I wake up, Nash’s arms are still around me. I’m sweating all night because his body is almost on top of mine, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I don’t want him to feel as sad as he does, but it’s always nice to have him close. It’s very important to me to be there for him, because he’s always there for me.
So I don’t wake him up, I don’t move, and I try not to even breathe wrong. I just smile at this boy because he acts so tough, like nothing bothers him, but he’s really a sweetheart with a golden heart.
I grab my phone from the nightstand and scroll through some texts and my Instagram feed. He’s fast asleep. After holding all of that in for years, I’m sure letting it all out must feel good.
I lay with him for almost 30 minutes before I feel him move a little. After he told us all of that last night, we both fell asleep and he left before me. After a moment, he wakes up, and I put my phone away. I smile a little when his bright green eyes meet mine.
