Chapter 18. A Healer?

Isla's POV:

The maid was back on her feet and she moved her hand to check if there was something wrong.

"You won't believe it but I am actually feeling a lot stronger. " She told me with excitement.

"That's great! What's your name? " I asked with a small smile hoping to find a friend here.

"Oh, I am sorry I behaved with you so badly earlier. I am Trisha, my husband works here for the pack and I joined too. " She told me.

We talked about the pack and also a little about Sabrina. She was not a fan of her aggressive nature and hated the fact that she owned everyone here because of Alpha Caden. I was glad to know that the maids were just pretending to like her because nobody wanted her wrath.

"I will get back to work now. Please take a rest even if you feel you are fine. " I advised her and she gave a slight nod before walking to the maids' chambers.
