Chapter 82
I placed the picture back and turned round to see Richard. He was dressed casually in chinos and a tshirt.
"Jasper was 9 months old when we took that picture."
"How heartwarming," I said dryly. "You have a daughter?"
A look crossed Richards face and his eyes flickered to the photo behind me. "Yes," he said curtly and sat down on the couch. "Take a seat, Daisy."
I raised an eyebrow at Richard and sat down on the opposite side of the room, crossing my arms over my chest. "What do you want? Because I was quite looking forward to running away."
"Why did you run?"
