“Halter.. what’s wrong with you? D-Do you have a problem? Did something happen to you at work?” Celine asked him in surprise.

Celine knew there was absolutely no reason for him to get angry or raise his voice.

Halter shook his head, noticing that he seemed to have overreacted. “S-Sorry. Um, you’re right; there’s just a problem at work.” Halter excused himself.

“What happened?”

“We just did a lot. There are a lot of complaining patients..we can’t do anything but fix their concerns..” explained Halter.

Celine nodded. “I understand. Sorry I kept you waiting last night. Um—”

“You don’t need to apologize, Celine. And... it seems like you and your ex-husband have made up. So... I’m happy for you.” Halter smiled slightly, even though inside, he was annoyed.

Celine smiled a little. “You’re right; I decided to get back together with him. Um... I realized that being separated from each other is not healthy for us. Maybe it’s like that when you love someone s
