Chapter 26

The night is over. The clock struck 5 AM. Melisa was awake while Ajdin was sleeping. Melisa can't stop watching him while he sleeps. Even though she is awake, she lies beside Ajdin, watching him nap. She doesn't make any moves or noises that wake him up. She is afraid that Ajdin will be in an unpleasant mood if he is disturbed from his sleep.

While Melisa watched Ajdin in his bed, she was lost in deep thoughts. Thinking that on this day Ajdin's business trip will end, they will go back to his grandfather's mansion. But while they are still in Jajce, she still doubts Ajdin. She is afraid he will lock her in again. She prays that Ajdin will not do that to her again.
