Chapter 55

The night is over. Ajdin wakes up smiling. What happened to them last night still lingers in his mind. It really put him in a pleasant mood this morning.

Melisa notices Ajdin's happy mood. She knows this has rarely happened since they lived together. She wonders why he is in a pleasant mood.

Melisa and Ajdin prepare to work. It is Melisa's first day at work as Ajdin told her yesterday. It was already 8:00 am when they arrived at Ajdin's office. Melisa looks worried as she walks back and forth in front of Ajdin's while he sits at his office table. She doesn't know if she will sit or not. Ajdin noticed that so he talked to her.

"Melisa, will you please come down? You're worrying too much. Take a seat first." Ajdin raised his eyebrows at her.

"I'm sorry." Melisa said, while sitting on the swivel chair in front of Ajdin's office table.
