Chapter 32

The next day Emma tried to go to university again. He was glad when he didn't run into his parents there. He went directly to the office, canceling his transfer and was happy when it was resolved without his parents having to go there. He entered the new address, which he now shared with Sebastian, into his register and asked them to delete his contact number, since he had lost his cell phone on the run.

But Sebastian had already told her that he would buy a new cell phone and soon she would have a new contact number.

A few classmates glanced at her as Emma returned to the classroom, making small comments without her hearing about how unfocused she was after starting to hang around with bad people.

But she was there, at least. To others, she made it clear that she didn't want to give up everything and become a criminal herself.
