Chapter 6. Meeting the Girls

At one point, I had the marvelous idea to try and find him, but I quickly realized how futile that idea was because I had not the slightest clue of where to begin looking.

Yea, that can happen when you don’t even have a name to type into the search bar after rummaging through my mother’s stuff after her death.

Amongst my mother’s things, it was like my dad never existed. Not a picture or a crumpled piece of paper with a name and an address on it, though that would be too easy, huh?

I sigh, and then my thoughts quickly switch to my girlfriend, Jada. She was the one who introduced me to the Strip Club and my best friend.

Jada is a brilliant woman, and she has gone to college and gotten her qualifications in business management. Now she was simply working at the strip club to save money for her business venture. I am so proud of her and, deep down, wish I had the means to bring her with me.
