Theo’s POV
The bike moves through the streets perfectly, each corner taken with precision, every shift of weight and balance second nature now. After Harper’s punishment, and for once, it was an actual punishment, not something she twisted into pleasure, we went to bed. Mason kept her with him, but around two in the morning, I couldn’t resist. I crept in and held her while she slept, not touching her for anything more than the comfort of closeness. I just needed to be there, even if only for a few hours. I knew I wouldn’t be back until late, and it felt wrong to leave without at least that much.
