Chapter 84
Theo’s POV
I wake to warmth pressed against me, soft and solid and undeniably familiar. When I open my eyes, the early morning light cuts in through the edge of the curtains, and I can’t help the smirk that curls across my lips.
She’s still here.
I half expected her to untangle herself and crawl into her own bed, maybe muttering something about needing space or personal boundaries. I definitely expected her to pull away so I wasn’t still buried inside her, but I am. And she hasn’t just accepted it. She’s wrapped herself around me like she meant to.
One of her legs is hooked over my hip. Her arms are coiled around my shoulders. Her breathing is slow, steady. Completely at ease.
It’s a new way to wake up, one that I could absolutely get used to.
