Harper’s POV
In my defence, all I did was ask for a pair of scissors. I never intended to tell Nathan and Mason that Theo was tied to the bed and very much stuck there. But unfortunately, the moment the words left my mouth, they demanded to know exactly why I needed scissors.
Things only got stranger from there.
In hindsight, I probably should not have led with the phrase, “I tied Theo to the bed to dominate him.” That clearly had not been the right opening line, especially given how Nathan froze, staring at me like I was asking for tools to carve Theo into pieces rather than, quite literally, to untie him.
To be fair, I think Theo would have found that entire misunderstanding hilarious. Nathan, on the other hand, absolutely did not.
