Chapter 47. Expulsion

Edwina fluttered her eyes open and was confused when she saw the brown ceiling of intricate design. With the trepidation from the occult club still in her trembling heart, she quickly sat up to look around the place.

' A nightmare?' Edwina was baffled, feeling that what she'd experienced had been so real. She could still vividly visualize Ms. Kurringle's sinister expression in her mind, as well as the grotesque statue that towered above her while she was tied on an alter beneath the statue. Her heart only grew more antsy the more she thought about it.

" This is the... Infirmary" Edwina muttered to herself in surprise, and confusion. She didn't know how she'd ended up here.
