"Leave," Allison muttered, her voice was cold matching the hardness of her gaze in front of him. Brent runs his fingers through his hair in frustration.
Brent stared at Allison. He could feel the hatred in her eyes. "Allow me to speak first, and please…listen to me," Brent begged, his voice shaking with fear and regrets.

Allison's eyes were devoid of emotions. She just glanced at Brent and responded, "Listen for what? Have you ever lent your ears to listen to me in the past? No. you never.
