Elisa’s POV

The day after…

I’m tired of staying here, stuck in this thing that I use as a bed! Argh! I’m going out tomorrow so I have to be patient, but I wonder where I’m going to go when I get out of this unfortunate hospital. Do I have a house? A work? A family? I know absolutely nothing! It’s nine o’clock and Emily hasn’t come to see me yet! I hope she comes today because I really need her! It’s necessary…

Suddenly, the door opens and the couple from yesterday enters. I feel my heart racing. Please, Emily! Come quickly!

“Hello, Elisa,” said the old woman in front of me.

“H-hello.”

“You really don’t remember us?” the old man asked me.

Why do they keep asking me that question? They asked me the same thing yesterday!

“Nope.”

They look at each other and sigh in relief. Okay, I have the impression that they were afraid that I remembered something.

“Very well then,” said the old woman, smiling at me. “When are you discharged?
