Emily’s POV

I knew they were up to something, even though I know what they are capable of, I never thought they were planning to kill me, at least not now.

I look at Melina who picks up the broken glass on the ground, before looking at Louise who seems to be on the verge of an explosion, which makes me smile. This woman has a bad habit of telling everything when she’s pissed off, and I know that if she explodes now, she’s gonna tell me the truth about what’s in the tea. I have to annoy her a bit.

“And you Louise, instead of standing there staring at me, you cannot rather help your sweet daughter?”

“You broke the cup, so you should clean up, not her!” She shouts, annoyed.

“Not at all, Melina is my slave and it’s up to her to do what I ask, so you’ll quickly lower your voice.”

I see out of the corner of my eye, Melina begging her mother with her eyes, so that she doesn’t get angry.

Too bad for her, I’m going to push her to the limit.
