Chapter 59

Mark’s POV

Natasha made me the happiest man in the world. Two weeks ago, I learned that I was going to become a dad! I almost fainted when the doctor announced the good news. I immediately told my mother, who was very happy! Her condition has improved since she found out she was going to be a grandmother.

I come home, a bouquet of roses in my hand. I go to the living room, where my lovely girlfriend is comfortably seated on the sofa. She watches her favorite series, while eating chocolate ice cream and crisps. Since she got pregnant, she hasn’t stopped eating, but I’m not complaining, since her breasts have doubled in size. Her pregnancy makes her even more beautiful!

“How are you my love?” I say happily.

Natasha jumps and puts her hand on her chest.

“You scared me,” she said, “I’m a little tired, but I’m fine.”

I hand her the bouquet of roses and she smiles at me with all her teeth, before bursting into tears. Uh… did I do something wrong?
