Chapter 70. Just a Friend?
“I had the contact Jane had messaged you with, tracked and it happens to be that of one of those numbers that had free minutes call without trace so there is no idea whose contact it is or where the location was. Though I have my way around it and let’s see what that would yield but that might take a lot of time that we don’t really have on our side. That is just my plan B,” James told them. “I think I have done a lot of gathering of information now and it is time to a move because all arrows point to Fredrick at the moment. We would get a warrant to search his house and investigate him.”
Dave did not blink an eyelid the night before they were to go to Fredrick’s. He could not sleep and very early the next morning he was out of his house already.
“You are sure this lady is just a friend to you?” James asked him with a small knowing smile on his face before the parole set out.
“Maybe just a friend is not fair enough. Let’s make it a very close friend,” Dave told him
