“I would have sworn he would not do such a thing like abducting anyone but James looked very sure he has Jane,” Dave told Alexander and Isabella who were looking at him and listening with rapt attention while he spoke.

“Well if he does have her like the detective thinks but she is not in the house, where else would he have kept her?” Isabella asked.

“It’s very simple. You wouldn’t keep someone you abducted in your house, would you?” Dave asked back.

“Maybe I would, if I have a very good place to hide the person. Though I cannot hold anyone hostage. And that makes me wonder if they really searched that place well. If James is right, which I know we all trust his judgments, then Jane should be right under that roof, gagged up somewhere no one except him knows exist in the house, or God forbid…” Isabella trailed off.
