Chapter 79. Opening Up

The waiter walked up to them after they had seated at a corner in the eatery.

“What would you like to have ma’am?” he asked them with a not so friendly face. He looked like he was extremely busy and was not enjoying his job.

“What would you like to have,” Isabella asked Lisa.

“I told you I do not have much time to waste.” Lisa told her.

“Uhm, we would make our order in a while please,” Isabella told the waiter who was already getting impatient. He walked away and Isabella could swear his lips twitched into a silent hiss.

“Why did you bring me here?” Lisa asked immediately the waiter left their table. “What do you want to talk about?”

“I wanted to know how you are faring Mrs. Lisa,” Isabella leaned forward towards the table that stood between them.
