Chapter 81. Mockery and Control
Lisa walked into the mansion with bags of the groceries she had gotten and was walking towards the kitchen when the voice she dreaded so much spoke from the living room.
“Lisa,” Hilda called casually and Lisa swore under the breath. She should have made use of the back door instead had she known Hilda would be seated in the living room. “Come here will you?”
“Yes sure,” she replied. “I will just drop these stiffs in the kitchen.” She made to continue walking towards the kitchen.
“Now,” Hilda ordered and Lisa halted. She turned round and walked to the living room where Hilda was sitting like a queen waiting to be attended to.
“Hello Lisa,” she smiled at her sweetly. Lisa did not say a word. “That is not a good behavior Lisa,” Hilda frowned at her disapprovingly. “You should learn to greet people or respond when they greet you.”
“Good day Hilda,” Lisa said and Hilda smiled broadly.
