Chapter 51

Breathing heavily, her pink cherry-shaped lips were trembling in fear. Nina's body was frozen as she stood there staring at Max running towards the ward. Pandora could see how blank Nina was, and her hands curled into fists.

Nina looked like she was staring into space, making Pandora wonder why she was reacting the way she was.

Pandora's feet staggered as she tried to close the space between her and Nina. The closer she got, she could hear Nina murmuring to herself.

"What must she be saying?" Pandora bit her lips and placed the fallen strands of her hair behind her ears. The closer she got, the more clueless she was.

"Fuck it!"

She got fed up with all the sneaking and trying to eavesdrop on Nina but still wasn't able to hear a word. She decided to walk past Nina, but then -

"She is awake?" She
