Chapter 87. Tyler Is Mad at Titus

As soon as she heard the loud beep of the monitor. Jade’s eyes widened. She rose from the chair and went to speak with Isabel. “Mum.” She gave her a mild shake. When the beeping continued, she dashed outside, yelling Selena’s name. “Mo...Moo,” she stammered as she noticed Selena seated outside the room.  

“What is happening?”

“The monitor is beeping loudly.”

“I’ll let the doctor know.” As Selena entered the room again, she heard the beeping. She could not figure out why she was unable to hear anything outside. Even with her wolf’s hearing. Perhaps it was the result of her heavy thinking. She activated the alarm when she spotted it. 

A short while later, the doctor and two nurses arrived to treat Isabel. “She is having a seizure!”

“What?” With a look of shock on her face, Selena asked. 

“Please take the kids out of here,” the doctor commanded. As they were being carried out, Jade struggled to stay, but she was weak.
