Asper’s POV

Cassiela Clan is also part of Jyn’s family. That is why after we had our breakfast in our house, we immediately went to the hotel where all of them were still staying.

I want to pay my respect to them and honor them as Jyn’s family. And I also want them to know that I don’t have the intention to take Jyn away from them once we get married. I will respect their relationship with him.

And I guess they loved the idea of informing them about the plan for our wedding because they were all happy for us.

They also gave me a warm welcome and told me that they have my back, because marrying Jyn will also connect me to be part of their family.

I have known that this clan is kind. A lot of people already proved that but I still didn’t expect that they would accept me wholeheartedly.

“Are you okay?” Jyn asked after I got away from Remus’ cousins. “You looked overwhelmed.”

“I am,” I answered. “I only expected that they would respect our relat
