Chapter 20
After the near-death accident Hadley experienced she was feeling solemn and her bubbly self was low on candy.
She needed help because she was losing her brain.
Waking up was already a hassle because she kept having nightmares about what happened the other night and she knew she would look horrible.
"Good morning ma'am," one of the maids greeted Hadley and age answered half-heartedly.
But what was good about her morning? She was still acting as a substitute for her sister, she is now a secretary to her husband and just last night she almost died.
What a splendid morning it is.
Hadley walked to the dining hall and she saw Maurice eating on the table so she just decided to leave without turning back.
"Come let's eat," Maurice said without raising his head to look at his wife, and Hadley sneered.
Is that the proper way to talk to his wife? That's none of my business, it's Ella's headache, Hadley thought.
"No, I am not hungry," Hadley
