"Papa, how does it look?" Isra asked cheerfully, showing her henna to her Father.
"Ah, it's so lovely!" He grinned.
"Do remind your mother to apply some as well." He winked knowing Aima doesn't spend much time on her personal grooming.
"Sure, sure." He chuckled. "And write my name." He added sheepishly to which Rehman and Isra laughed.
"Yes, yes, I got you." Isra went back to her place as she and Rayan began to talk while he fed her ice cream as the henna stains were still wet.
"Such a beautiful smile." He murmured, taking a strand of her hair and tugging it behind her ears.
"If seen from your perspective." She giggled, shaking her head, and then looked at the old men talking to each other before turning her attention to her husband. "Tell me one thing, Rayan..." She began to say, her tone abruptly converting dire.
