Chapter 24

Kenneth held his stomach as he repeatedly went back and forth to the bathroom. He didn't know what he ate, but his stomach suddenly started hurting after dinner. He wanted to call Sabrina to bring him some medicine, but he was afraid that she would just laugh at him, so he decided to stay quiet and endure the pain alone. Besides, her stomach might also hurt because they ate the same thing.

He was tired of going back to the bathroom, but he had to do it to avoid making a mess in his room. Every time he dozed off due to extreme drowsiness, he would suddenly feel the urge to relieve himself. Around two in the morning, Kenneth thought of going out of his room to cook noodles or anything that could soothe his stomach. Besides, he had already emptied everything he ate for dinner, so he was hungry again.

"What are you doing here?" he raised his voice when he found the woman in the kitchen.

"My stomach hurts, I can't sleep, so I cooked a chicken soup. Are you okay?" Sabrina asked
