Pooja Mehendi

Pooja called Amaya to remind her of the mehendi ceremony for the bride and her friends. Amaya had already told Aunt Vedika that she wanted to go, and she didn’t want to miss the mehendi ceremony because she hadn’t been to one in a very long time. This was the only way she could really connect with her friends and still be happy being in their midst. Aunt Vedika had already agreed that she could go. When Pooja called and asked if she wanted to go, Amaya told her yes, that she would really love to go but didn’t have a way to get there.

Pooja suggested she ask Rohit to take her. Amaya didn’t want to talk to Rohit because she hadn’t forgiven him for what he said about her involvement in a business venture. She wasn’t sure she was ready to forgive him yet because he was supposed to apologize, but instead, he acted as if he hadn’t said hurtful words. Amaya wasn’t ready to talk to him, so she decided to plead with Aunt Vedika to get Rohit to take her.
