Another Rendezvous

Like how every other day had been for Amaya, she woke up to yet another day with same routine. Yawning like usual, with her hands spread out in weariness. She gently relaxes them and turned off the alarm that kept buzzing her ears out.

Everyday she would set the alarm for 7am and everyday she would never wake up at the first sound of it. What did Vedika called it...a waste of time and resources. Buying an alarm  clock was useless if she was going to wake up on her usual time.

She picks up her phone and she woke up to Liam's message. The nerve he had, dropping a text on her like that after months of sneaking out at every sight of her. Without  saying sorry, without tryna get in touch and see if anything happened to her. She tossed her phone away and slumped back on the bed, her hair loosen up from the tied up bun it was on. Spreading around making her look like a model in a magazine cover.
